We have a 07 day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must verify that your item arrived damaged or wrong and return it, at your cost, it must be in the same condition it was received, unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales.absoluteflusa@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us will not be accepted without first requesting a return.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order at receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically reimbursed for your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refundd too.
